SGV were founding managing members of the company and helped take it public on the NASDAQ exchange in 2007.
MaximoPino International LLC deploys branded retail kiosks and distributes artisanal italian gelato to the finest restaurants. SGV assisted with initial product development and provided early stage capital. The company now has over 250 locations throughout the NY Metro area.
Liquid Genomics Inc. is a rapidly growing blood based molecular diagnostic company located in Torrance CA. Blood based molecular testing is used to detect and quantify cancer gene mutations with high sensitivity using Digital PCR and or Allele Specific Blocker PCR for blood or tissue. SGV is an early stage investor in the company.
PetPass Mobile Grooming is an innovative mobile pet care company well positioned in the rapidly growing pet industry. PetPass provides an array of services including grooming and veterinary as well as a full line of branded food products and supplies. Services are provided and products are delivered directly to the pet owner using a fleet of specialized vehicles via a custom developed e-commerce web interface and mobile application. SGV founded the company and provided early stage capital.
